Just as Joe Simonton, Gary Wilcox encounters aliens in Newark on April 24, 1964. Gary saw a cigar-shaped object who he thought it was a crushed plane and drove to it with his tractor. Inside the ship were two beings in human clothes who were hiding their faces. They told Gary that they were Martians and started questioning him. After two hours of conversation, the aliens told Gary that they were studying the human soil in an attempt to terraform Mars, following our example. In the end, they asked Wilcox for a bag of fertilizer. He agreed but by the time he got back with the bag, the aliens were nowhere to be found. Still, he left the bag and when he checked the next day, the bag was gone.
